Robert Patterson "Bob" Gellock Jr, age 95, of Hueytown, AL passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2020.

He was an active member of North Highlands Baptist Church in Hueytown. Bob was born and raised in Easton, Pennsylvania and graduated from Layfette University. He served in the Air Force during WWII. He retired from Alpha Portland Cement Company where he worked for many years as a chemist.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Viola Gellock ad his brother, Franklin Gellock.

He is survived by his sweet wife of 41 years, Dorothy Gellock, nieces; Terri (Brian), Tina, Diane (Keith), Kathy (Gene), Jane (Gary) nephews; Frankie, John (Pat), numerous great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, great great nephews and his God daughter, Lori (Wayne) and their children and grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, 11:00 AM at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Michael Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in the Valhalla Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
