Pierce Sr., Robert L., age 71, of Midfield, passed away on January 24, 2009. He was retired from Pemco. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Valhalla Cemetery. Pastor John Adams officiating. Visitation will be from 2 until 3 p.m. He is survived by his wife of 49 years Emily Pierce, his son; Robert L. Pierce Jr., his daughter; Pamela M. Fowler; four grandchildren and one great grandchild, two sisters; Jan Sanders and Peggy Smith.
