Ronald Earl Kilburn, age 72 of Hoover, Al went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Aspire Rehab Clinic in Hoover. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin Earl and Evelyn Gray Kilburn.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy "Sissy" Tucker Kilburn; his three sons, Kevin Earl, Brian Jason, and Michael Eric; his two granddaughters, Kaci Michelle and Erica Grace; his grandson Kody Michael; and his brother Gregory Brown.

Mr. Kilburn was a native and life long resident of Jefferson County where he was a member of Pelham First Baptist Church and was retired from U.S. Steel with thirty-six years of service.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Davin Watkins officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 A. M. until funeral time at Valhalla Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Valhalla Cemetery.
