age 54, of Hoover, passed away on Aug. 24, 2006. Ron attended Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tenn, and was a graduate of Birmingham School of Law. He was an attorney, practicing law at his firm Marlow and Associates, Hoover, AL. He was a member of the Oakmont Presbyterian Church, Hoover, AL. The Rev. Larry Turner and The Rev. Beverly Dodson will officiate over the services. Music will be provided by One Voice Southern Gospel. A Special song "In The Arms Of The Angels" will be sung by his special friend and stepsister, Pamela J. Wolfe. He was preceded in death by his father, John N. Marlow and his grand-mother Ruth Smith and grand-father Joe R. Smith. He is survived by: He was the beloved son of Jo Lene Smith (David) Wolfe of Calera, AL and was loved by everyone who knew him; daughter Kelly JoAnn Marlow and her mother Brenda Carter; brother Michael (Anna) Marlow of Hoover; sister Kathy D. (Jerry) Reynolds of South Carolina; niece Sarah Marlow of Hoover, Kristy (Tomas) Joyner of Belleve, WA and Katie Reynolds of S.C.; nephews William Marlow of Hoover and Christopher Marlow of West Blocton; great nephews Christian Tyler and Elijah Cole both of West Blocton. Pallbearers will be Brandon L. Blankenship, Joe Dodson, Steve Halsey, Johnny Marlow, Doug Redd and Jerry Reynolds. Honorary Pallbearer will be Richard H. Bite. Visitation will be Sunday, Aug. 27, 2006 from 1:00 pm till 4:00 pm. There will be a Chapel service at Valhalla Funeral Home on Monday, Aug. 28, 2006 at 2:00 pm with burial at Valhalla Cemetery.
