Rosie Christine Templin, born November 4, 1925 went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.
Christine was known for her love and dedication to God. She was very knowledgeable in the Bible, and from teaching young girls at Brighton Baptist Church to teaching the Naomi Class at Loveless Park/Grace Life Baptist Church, always exhibited compassion and a Christ-like love for others.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother; always putting the comfort and care of others before herself.
Christine was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Jewel McCorkle; her loving husband, Harold D. Templin; aunts, Alma Wallace and Elvie Lee, Geneva and Nadine Easom, and one cousin, Billy Wallace.
She is survived by her son, Max H. Templin (Janice); two grandsons, Mickey Shane Templin and Christopher Matthew Templin (Stacie) and one precious grandson, Mason Reid Templin.
Services will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A. M. prior to the service at the funeral home.
