Laminack, Ruth A., age 86, of Midfield, passed away on March 29, 2008. She was a member of Fairfield Highlands Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and loved being a housewife. Funeral Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. with burial in Highland Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 31, 2008 from 5 until 8 p.m. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years Marshall Laminack. She is survived by two sons; Frank "Jack" Laminack and John Laminack (fiancee, Jane McCann); three daughters, Jane Johnson (Walter), Susan Burks (Steve) and Sara Quarles; four grandchildren, Kim Johnson, Rudi Quarles, Jill Laminack and Michael Laminack; two great grandchildren, Drake Carroll and Donivan Wilson. Special friends Martha Sly and Kitty Glover. The family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to Kim Howard and her Precious Karegivers Donna Walker and Connie Farrell.
