Hyde, Sarah Elliott, age 88, of Cropwell, AL, died October 26, 2010. She was a member of Pell City United Methodist Church. She retired from the Inspection Services Department of the city of Birmingham. She will be remembered as the most wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 66 years Howard W. Hyde, her daughter, Carol W. Hyde and two grandsons, Joshua Howard and Seth Michael Landerfelt. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 1:00pm at Valhalla Cemetery.
