age 81, of Bessemer, AL, passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2007. She was a member of Baptist Church of McAdory. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to all. Graveside services will be held at Valhalla Cemetery on Friday, September 21, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Cecil Nelson officiating. She was preceded in death by her husband, James "J.W." Richey. She is survived by her son, Jerry W. (Janet) Hicks of Sipsey, AL and step-son, Jamie Richey; her daughters, Sara W. (Ken) Beard of Birmingham, AL and Debbie D. (David) Cummings of Birmingham, AL; step-daughters, Janice Richey, Lynnette Richey and Tammy Coker; her grandchildren, Teresa Harrison, Sonya Carre, Ken Beard, Jr., Brad Cummings, Brandy Brock, Christina Hicks, Chris Doeur, Alyssa Richey and Nicholas Coker and eight great grandchildren; her brother, Sonny Golden; four sisters, Mary Evelyn Golden, Maudell Martin, Faye Kilgore and Jackie Golden.
