Shirley Ann Cotman, age 77 of Homewood passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2017
At South Haven Nursing Facility in Hoover.

Ms. Cotman was a native and long time resident of Jefferson County and previously lived in Shelby County for ten years. She was a member of the Professional Secretaries of America and was a supporter of the Birmingham Humane Society.

She is survived by her sister, Helen Patrick and two nieces, Sherry Womble and Cindy Ostrowski.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 followed by a brief memorial service at Valhalla Funeral Home. Burial will be in Valhalla Cemetery.
