Atchison, Sidney West "Cuz", age 58, of Bessemer, AL, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2010. He was retired with 23 years of service from Jim Walter Mines. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ullman and Tessie Atchison and brother, Charles Key. He is survived by his wife, Teresa G. Atchison; his son, Scottie (Becky) Atchison; his daughters, Amy (Jim) Dunn and Casey (Mark) Watson; his grandchildren, Brooke, Scottie and Faith Atchison, Alex Dunn, Savannah Watson, Taylor and Chase Merchant; his brothers, Larry Dale (Teresa) Atchison and his sister, Betty (Russell) Bennett. Funeral Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home Friday, January 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. Rev. Aulbrey Garrett and Rev. Walter Thomas officiating.
