Baker, Stephanie Lauren, age 17, and her sister, Lyndsey Leigh Baker, age 14, of Birmingham, AL, passed away on March 21, 2008. Stephanie attended Shades Valley High School in Birmingham where she was a Diamond Doll. Lyndsey attended Irondale Middle School and was in the choir. They were members of Brookview Baptist and First Baptist Church of Chalkville, AL and Ruffner Road Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. Rev. Joel Farrow of First Baptist Church Chalkville, AL and Dr. Jim Smith will be officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24, 2008 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. They are survived by their parents, Leslie E. and Dorothy Mae Baker of Birmingham, AL; sister, Amanda (Jason) Echols of West Blocton, AL; grandparents, Bill and Betty Baker, Joe and Mary Girouard, Jim and Geneva Smith, Tony and Mickey Thompson; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. They were loved by all.
