Stephen Forman "Steve" Teele passed away Tuesday, May 17th, 2016, at Attalla Rehab and Nursing Home, at the age of 71. He was born February 14, 1945 in Birmingham, AL and lived in Gadsden, AL, later residing in Alabaster.

As a young child, he lived with his parents very near Noccalula Falls Park in Gadsden, Alabama. He followed his father and a few uncles into ironworking for many years.

He was predeceased by his parents Cois Eugene Teele and Helen Forman Teele; his wife, Irene Teele, his brother, Joe Skinner (Linda), and his sister, Anna Smith (Billy). He is survived by his son, Darren Hyde; sisters Linda Lindsey (Tom) and Virginia Martin (Lonnie); and brother Mike Skinner (Jackie). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews in Alabama and Florida.

Visitation will be from 1-2 P.M., June 1, 2016, at Valhalla Funeral Home, 5317 Bessemer Super Highway, Birmingham, AL 35228, followed immediately with a Graveside Service at 2 PM in Valhalla Cemetery.
