February 6, 1951 - July 14, 2016
Thomas Wendell Rainey, age 65, of Bessemer passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Doris Rainey and two brothers, James and Horace Rainey.
Mr. Rainey was a native and life long resident of Jefferson County where he served many years in the trucking industry and enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by two brothers, Roger Rainey (Barbara) and Lonnie Rainey (Vickie); two sisters, Judy Miller (Jerry) and Sharon Sulprizio (Gene); a step daughter, Leslie Rainey; a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Weaver Cemetery in Bessemer at 11:00 A.M.
