age 57, of Birmingham, AL, passed away at home Thursday, October 25, 2007. Mr. Devenyns graduated from Glen High School. He was retired from US Steel after 38 years of service. Tom loved to bass fish and metal detect. Tom appreciated all his friends at US Steel. He will be missed and in our hearts forever. Funeral Services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home on Saturday October 27, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. Rev. Mike Davis and Rev. Jim Connell officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00 until 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom P. Devenyns, Sr. and Mildred H. Devenyns. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Deborah R. Devenyns; his children, Jeffery B. Devenyns of Mobile, Nicole Devenyns (Mike) King of Birmingham; his grandchildren, Mike W. King, Jr., Felisha N. King of Birmingham and Brett Devenyns of Mobile; his siblings, Sandra (Lynn) Woolsteen, Janice Bailes and John (Toni) Devenyns all of Birmingham.
