Tony Eugene Praytor, age 73 of Bessemer, AL passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.

Tony was a family man who enjoyed spending time with his family, bird watching and playing with his beloved dog, Abby.  A long time employee of ACIPCO Tony retired after many years of services.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Ila Mae Praytor, eight brothers, six sisters and his beloved dog, Abby.

He is survived by  his wife of 52 years, Judy Praytor; son, Scott Praytor (Rena); eight grandchildren, Kenna Praytor (Dave), Miali Jennings (Robert), Josie Praytor (Dalton), Scotti Praytor (Daniel), Colton Praytor, Haley Davis (Cody), Allie Davis (Michael) and Mollie Edwards (Cody); six great grandchildren, Elliott, Bentleigh, Brantley, Jase, Asher and Kashton; one brother, Jimmy Praytor (Marilyn) and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 12 Noon to 2 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, 5317 Bessemer Super Highway, Midfield, AL 35228. Graveside services will immediately follow in Valhalla Cemetery.
