William Allums, affectionally known as Mr. Bill, age74 of Birmingham, passed away on August 24th, 2025. Funeral service will be at Valhalla funeral home on September 5th, 2025 at 11 a.m. Visitation will be held at the funeral home the day prior from 4-6 p.m. Burial will follow at Valhalla Cemetery. Reverend Dr. Boykin Hunter will be officiating the service.

Mr. Bill enjoyed cooking for his family and working in the yard. He worked for the City of Birmingham Public Works Department for 34 years. He was a man that loved his yard and his wife.

Survived by his wife Pamela, sisters Regina Allums, Josephine Thomas, brothers Rochester Allums (TX), Michael, Bruce and Curtis Allums all of Birmingham, Alabama. One stepson Phlalander Boyd and one step daughter Rhonda Griffin and a host of extended family.
