age 89, of Bessemer, AL, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2010. She was a member of Eastern Valley Baptist Church. She was the pianist for numerous churches. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Donna Jo Parker and her great great granddaughter, Josie Wilder. She is survived by her sons, Ross A. (Gay) Mize and David E. Martin; her daughter, Jackie (Lamar) Dennis; her grandchildren, Ross A. (Karen) Mize, Jr., Kathy (John) Capps, Charles F. Stamps, Jr., Renee Stamps, Frankie (Shonda) King, Cindy (Adon) Jemeniz, Chris (Wendy) Martin and Tori Stamps; her great grandchildren, Frankie (Kirsten) Vinning, Jennifer (Reeves) Wilder, Ross A. Mize III, Katelin Mize, Kyle King, Caleb King, Tony Martin, Alanah Jemeniz, Jacob, Justin and Kay Kay Martin and Shelby Jones; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home Friday, March 12, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. with burial in Valhalla Cemetery. Rev. Bill McCall and Rev. John Mooney officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 12, 2010 from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m.
