Mr. Crotwell served as a U. S. Marine for a number of years and was a veteran of World War II. John will be missed by his family and friends.

Mr. Gober was a native and life long resident of Jefferson County where he graduated from Ensley High School. He was a former Shriner, Mason, and was an avid Alabama Fan and golfer. He was a member of the Crossroads Baptist Church of Hueytown.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, November 23, 2012 at 11 AM at Valhalla Cemetery. There will not be a visitation.

Services will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 12 Noon at Valhalla Chapel with the Rev. Jim Connell officiating. Burial will follow in Valhalla Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
